Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-22
1. The service
CleanPlate AI (“the Service”) processes video clips you upload and returns AI-generated versions with dynamic subjects removed. Output is generated by the LTX-2.3 Clean Plate model (an open-weight model by Lightricks Ltd., used under the LTX-2 Community License). The Service is provided as-is, without warranty; AI output quality varies with input footage.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to footage you upload and to the output you generate. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the footage you process. Uploaded clips and results are stored transiently on our processing provider’s CDN and are not used to train models.
3. Acceptable use
The underlying model is licensed under the LTX-2 Community License, whose use-based restrictions (Attachment A) are incorporated into these terms and bind every user of the Service. In particular, you must not use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
- create or spread content intended to deceive, defame, or harass — including doctored footage presented as authentic record of events (e.g. removing people from footage used as evidence, journalism, or documentation);
- generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits or harms any person;
- surveil, stalk, or target private individuals, or process footage of identifiable people where doing so violates their privacy rights in your jurisdiction;
- provide medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical determinations;
- misrepresent AI-processed output as unedited original footage in any context where authenticity matters.
We may refuse service and revoke credits (with refund of unused balance) for violations.
4. Credits & payments
Credits are consumed per output second, are delivered as codes or account balance, and never expire. Payments are processed by Creem; we do not store card details. Because GPU costs are incurred at generation time, delivered generations are non-refundable; unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request.
5. Commercial use of output
Under the LTX-2 Community License, output may be used commercially by individuals and entities with less than US$10,000,000 annual revenue. If your organization exceeds that threshold, you are required by the model’s licensor (Lightricks) to obtain a commercial license from them before using output from this model — this is a restriction of the model license, not of this Service.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. You are solely responsible for the input you provide, the output you generate, and its subsequent use.
