1. What we collect

• The video clip you choose to upload and the generated result, for as long as needed to complete your request.
• A one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address, used only to enforce the free daily limit. We do not store your IP address in readable form and cannot recover it from the hash.
• Your email address only when you request a sign-in link or contact us.
• Checkout identifiers, credit-code hashes, and remaining balances needed to deliver and protect purchases.
• Basic product events — clip selected or rejected, generation started, completed or failed, result downloaded, checkout started. Durations and file sizes are recorded only as ranges. These events never include filenames, video content, email addresses, credit codes, or raw error text.

2. How we use it

We use this information to generate your clip, enforce the free daily limit, deliver and protect paid credits, send sign-in links you ask for, diagnose failures, measure the product funnel, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not publish your uploads or results.

3. Service providers

The Service depends on the following processors:

• fal receives uploaded clips and runs the AI inference.
• Vercel hosts the application, stores account and credit records, and provides privacy-conscious site analytics.
• Upstash stores the hashed daily counters that enforce the free limit. These counters expire automatically at midnight UTC.
• Creem processes checkout, tax, and card data. CleanPlate AI never sees or stores card details.
• Resend delivers sign-in emails when you request one. Those emails are sent from our operating address, login@pic2mesh.com.

4. Storage and retention

Uploaded clips and generated results pass through fal’s storage and delivery systems and may remain temporarily accessible under that provider’s retention practices — please do not upload confidential or highly sensitive footage. Hashed free-tier counters expire at midnight UTC each day. Account, credit, and transaction records are kept as long as needed to maintain balances, prevent double redemption, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. The sign-in session cookie (clp_session) lasts up to 90 days and you can sign out sooner. A credit code may be kept in your browser’s local storage so you do not have to retype it; clearing site data removes it.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use a single functional cookie for signed-in sessions, plus privacy-conscious analytics that do not build cross-site profiles. The Service may display advertising served by Google AdSense. When ads are shown, third-party vendors — including Google — use cookies to serve and measure ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Those advertising cookies are set by the ad vendors, not by us. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google My Ad Center or learn more at aboutads.info.

6. Your choices

You can use the free generator without an account, clear local storage in your browser, sign out to drop the session cookie, or ask us to access, correct, or delete the information tied to your email address. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or by a payment dispute.
