CleanPlate AI removes moving subjects from user-owned video and rebuilds the empty scene. It is not a face editor, surveillance product, or tool for falsifying evidence.

You must not use the service to

• process footage you do not own or have permission to edit;
• create NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material;
• create face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or face manipulation;
• deceptively alter evidence, journalism, records, or safety-critical footage and present the result as authentic;
• stalk, surveil, harass, exploit, defame, or violate another person's privacy or rights;
• create harmful, illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content.

Enforcement

We may block an optional removal instruction, refuse generation, suspend access, or revoke unused credits for violations. Optional user-written removal instructions are screened before being sent to the video model; screening failures stop the request rather than bypassing this policy.
